Feelings: Interesting, indeed. Earlier this month. Sekita and I wrote about our Ramen and Friends monthly outing to Tong Sam Gyup Goo Ee, and it now appears on Serious Eats. I'm glad they read Ramen and Friends if that's where they got it from! But you know what this means-- Time Out will soon write about it, and it will just become another fad thing. So go now, before this Korean pork establishment becomes too crowded with Manhattanites.
