Feelings: New Yorkers, Brooklynites to be particular, are known to support local stores and oppose chains. So what was Duane Reade's plan in Williamsburg? Beer bar. When AP told me about a Duane Reade on Bedford Avenue creating a big buzz because of its beer bar, I wondered what a Duane Reade in Cobble Hill would look like. I suppose a beer bar and a Bugaboo parking.
